fiora bugged just after release?

WTF rito i never thought something like that would happen what is the pbe there for? why not fix the bug before getting everyones hopes up and then just disabling her? i really wanty to play fiora when the heck can i????????? ive waited a week or so for this and shes disables right outta PBE why is the PBE even there? if its not goona get bugs fixed before release why have it? i still look forward to my 1st game with reworked plz rito fix the process that is the PBE os that things like this wont happen

It's almost like they need a place where they can have a massive amount of play testers to make sure their content is big free. If only such a place existed

Same thing here, man. They hyped it up, I got up early, and she's disabled. Already bought her, had my runes and masteries ready and everything.

I know right? First they make Gangplank unavailable for practically a week, and now Fiora's rework comes fresh out of the box disabled and needs fixing?? That's like buying a new car that just came out, and then gets recalled the moment it does. Really rito? Man...

I am not so much upset but I would like more information on why she is disabled, what the issue was and what they are doing about it. Not just a vague disabled message. Ok, so I am upset as old Fiora is my favorite champion and the change has me on edge so this is only making it worse.
