I am convinced that I cannot climb the ladder, I must really suck because I cant get out of bronze 1... or even win the last day or two... I need some help. How can I not look to winning as to see if I am progressing and getting better as a player? because I need something to not be so discouraged all the time. you 80% percent of the ranked player base that is better than me, can you help me please?

Hard to say without seeing you in action. Have any replays or recordings of your games? Watching over your past games (or having others do it) may give you some insight into your weaknesses so that you know what to work on.
I don't see anything crazy out of place on your lolking history. Just one thing though: don't disregard the strength of CDR on Nasus. That means faster Q stacking during laning and also a large increase to your DPS as you're able to Q more often. Ravenous Hydra is a really weak item on him because the Cleave passive and Crescent active are based on your AD. On-hit effects like your Q or the Trinity Force Spellblade damage will not splash. You also don't really want to wipe out whole minion waves when you could be farming your Q on each one. Consider picking up an early 
and 
in lane and building them into

. Don't make the mistake of rushing a Sheen in lane; you do not need the Spellblade proc to farm your Q.
It's also kind of weird to build a Lichbane on Ziggs because he's so good at dealing damage from well outside AA range. Another AP item like

Thanks! smarter build paths do help, but say maybe some goals that are a little less situation based (champion builds) and more about goals i can set to know I am learning? or gaining stronger mechanics?
