Honor Level Gauge
Why isnt there a way to tell how close you are to leveling up to the next honor level? or is there one and im just not seeing it?

Because according to Riot, the Honor System's level up gage is not static. There's apparently something in the background that determines when you are ready to level up.
My guess is it makes it difficult for players to grind for Level 5. But at the same time... it sounds like machine learning which mean it needs to ferment before it can actually do anything well.
They deliberately chose to not show you the progress. Apparently being mysterious about your progress towards being an honorable person is important part of helping people to become more honorable. PhD psychology? Because it doesn't make sense to me.
