Banned from ranked Riot Help :p

I was banned from ranked for no reason i was playing as akali I was not talking to the enemies. then in the end i went 15/8 or something like that then i got banned for 33 games for no reason just for playing good. or for playing akali. and also at the same time got banned from chatting? please riot fix that and unban me or check the previous games. btw this happened awhile back i just got on last week cause i moved from city to city :p please fix this riot and thank you i find this unfair ...
