Dynamic/Solo Queue Tuning

Can we please separate Solo and Dynamic Queue? Because holy hell I can't keep dealing with trolls for days on end. Got people from higher ELOs and Smurfs popping all over the place like weeds man XD This little mix of both Q's is horrible. I'm not trying to complain or sound like an ass, but this is what I'm seeing and this mix of Solo and Dynamic is horrible. As for the badge system. it's cool and all, but I don't see a value in the system. Can someone explain that to me so I can get a better understanding?
