Achievements Points for League of Legends [Beta]

To whoever it may concern,

My name is James McConnell, I own the account of Vaii. I was playing and thinking of an idea about, Achievements in League of Legends. That is able to track amazing things that happen to that player in League of Legends. Aside from recording "Like Top 5 Plays, or covering top players on Twitch.tv". Now I know this isn't for sure or even close to set in stone, Please let me know what you guys think. :)

A couple of my ideas would include.

1.) Ashe Arrow over 50, 100, 150, 300, 550. etc yards.

2.) Shen Taunt more then 2, 3, 4 players at once.

3.) 3, 4, 5 Killing blows while Undying Rage is active.

4.) Creep Score Average - 100, 150, 200, 300, 400 and or Creep Score Average before 15, 20, and 25 minutes.

5.) Buying over 5, 10, 15, 20 skins on your account.

6.) Think of the endless possibilities or goals we can set for each other, as far as Teamwork goes also, and being reported, or being non-toxic for 30 games.

7.) Double Kills, Triple kills, Quadra Kills, PENTA KILLS!!!

Level 1 - 29[New 30s] Accounts: The newer accounts would benefit greatly from this at the fact they don't have many skins, characters, and still working to get that extra experience to start playing ranked! I believe you should be able to trade points, for experience to help boost aside from spending money. Riot is successful from building an excellent game but also the way you pay for stuff. I believe this will balance out the lower income classes that don't have much money to the higher income classes that can pay cash for skins.

Level Max 30 Accounts: This spot of the forum is for the player that don't need IP anymore, and if they do it's for a new character that is about to come out. [Jinx] :D. I realize that you guys reading this forum have no interest yet, but here it is. The achievement process is not only for IP, but about being Top ranked team in the US, Europe, China and etc... Winning 5 games in a row, in the max ranking system would give you achievement "Gladiator Platinum 5, 10, 15, Wins." Now I could name of countless achievements, but I'm sure you guys get the point, when you're at this level or a lower level, it about Teamwork and enjoying the game to be the best you can be, just like our mother taught us to be. :)

Interface: The Interface would need to be inside of the game. You would need it under the new options menu. The new layout that Riot has put out works perfect for this. Shows the character you are playing. Then has a list of what lane you're in and your goals for that game bases on your average play style, active playing time, cps, cs, damage etc of that game at the moment. Then a section under that of achievements for that character.

Ratio: Good Players: 3:1 Toxic players: 10:2 Reports in Tribunal: Remove IP points given from Achievements. Completing more then two, three achievement in one game gives bonus up to x2 IP at end of game. Max of IP points give each game would be 40 - 185 IP from achievements. [These ratios are not solid of coarse, subject to change, just ideas!]
