Sorting For Draft Picks [Ranked and Non-ranked]

What about putting forth an option to select which position you want to play whether it's top, jungle, mid, adc, or support. Those who have picked a certain place can be sorted into queues of people who have chosen the other positions. It would go a long way to keeping people from trolling because of pick order or not getting a certain lane. Plus it would likely speed up the transitions of games rather than people backing out, not picking a champion or just leaving the game altogether.

Just an idea.

The only thing you're over looking is the fact that only support players will have an easier time getting in a game. While everyone else will be waiting for that one guy who is willing to play support. Then everyone tired of waiting will queue as support, then do what is happening right now anyways solving nothing and making more problems.

This is a good idea, I've been wondering the same thing.

I think the idea itself is slightly good but slightly broken. Maybe if you were able to check boxes of all the roles you're viable in? Meaning say someone can top, jungle and support, they can check all 3 and pair them up with a comp that has people that don't check support or something, it'd give a better chance of getting into a game seeing as more people would select that but also be able to have their other possibilities picked. Then, to know what role the queue chose for you, you're set in a certain pick slot or your pick slot is labeled so you know it put you for support. It wouldn't necessarily have to lock you for that role, it could allow people to swap roles if they wanted and could give a time period before champ select started to do so. Just a decent improvement to the original idea.
