Mouse Problems Help Please

About a month ago I purchased the razer naga hex mouse. The mouse worked fine for the 30 days that i had it. Then I started noticing a little bit of a snag sometimes. Almost as if the mouse was getting caught on something. I could only move the mouse vertically, when i tried moving the mouse horizontally, left to right, it wouldn't move. You can imagine how frustrating this could be during a ranked match team fight. I ended up returning the mouse and getting a new one of the same kind because I am now accustomed to it, yet the problem persists. I have tried plugging it into different USB ports, using different mouse pads, and toying with a few of the settings. I also updated all the drivers etc. I'm not sure what it could possibly be? Anyone having similar issues or have any advice maybe how to fix it?
