Is there a way to check how many times you've gotten an S as each champion

We could use this to decide what champions it will be easiest for us to get a chest. If not, could someone make this with Riot's API?

Hover your mouse over your champion list. It shows the highest rank you've gotten for each champion, and if you've gotten a chest with each of them.
