Hextech annie strat?
SO im just wondering if anyone thought about creating a smurf and rerolling the first 3 skin shards you get while only owning annie as a champ?.?. If this works wouldnt it be the highest chance for the skin?

You're forgetting one teeny, tiny thing. You're only going to get 1 chest if you just own Annie. You'd have to resign yourself to dumping RP for it to have a chance of working. Then you'd also have to consider how many skins Annie has.
