Random Account Suspension

Hello fellow Summoners ! This is my first post so I would like to apologise about my bad english. I will try to make this very simple for you guys and girls to understand :)

Today, my account got permanently suspended. I didnt do anything wrong to anyone or do anything wrong in any game yesterday (9/1/15).

I was extremely shocked and sad when i saw the Login Error.I checked my email for more details but its not there. Maybe my email got changed ? I dont know if this is a bug or anything but I will appreciate the summoners who are willing to help me in this kind of situation. I will be very very very grateful just like Taric with his gems if this can be solved.

Did you do you account protection? if so then you should make sure the email associated with your account is the same one you use. it does seem weird that with something like this, they at least give you an email. so make sure you check all the email accounts you have, and also in the junk section just in case. Really hope it gets sorted out. Worse comes to worse your account might have been comprised which sadly may mean you need to make a new account!

id send something to support. make sure to include the picture as an attachment. it does take them a while, but they will get to you :D
