Champions for rent

Just as it says in the title: I think that a system for renting champions will benefit riot as well as players. I've always wanted to try a champion before i buy it, but waiting for a free rotation seems like a waste of time. Imagine that for something like 5 rp you could try a champion for a day and for 20 you could take it on a test drive for a week. It would also be nice if we could do this with skins as well.
