Yes! Missions will continue to be a thing even after the event ends! This event is just to act as a release for both the skins and missions at the same time.

and how would this be incorporated after the event. Like what would the rewards be. (since you cant do chaos/order tokens)

As of right now, we don't really know. It's best to find out and see!

As of right now, Mainly key fragments, chests, skin/champion shards, and hard missions as well as rare missions will give you things such as gemstones.
