MMR Issues Making Practice Pointless

Please fix your MMR. I can't get better as a player doing draft normal matches through the current system. Giving me a bronze V support to lane against two gold players makes it impossible. I don't want to blame the bronze V support, but in the end, he fails so hard it's pointless. I've been playing a lot of normal matches now because I want to preserve my Plat V status. As such, I've noticed this is a major issue in the current game.

Thus, I almost always play ranked matches. The more normal matches I play, the more I end up hating the game honestly. Matching me with people who just frustrate me beyond belief and take troll champions to amuse themselves provides zero enjoyment for me. Maybe that's just me, hopefully other people have insight as well or ways of solving the problem?
