Groups of four with the extra change

I don't know if I am the only one that gets this when they want to practice with some norms before ranked, but getting the groups of 4 are never fun. Majority of the time I spend with groups of 4 are they do what they want because your voice is unimportant (aka 4v1 still a surrender, they can just ignore you because you aren't with them, and they can blame you and report you if you do bad since they have the entire rest of the team). I honestly hate the fact that this is allowed. Playing with your friends is fun and I get that I play with groups of four all the time but I try to focus the guys that's not with your team since they are going to have the least amount of fun if something goes wrong. Mostly creating this Post as a rant but I wanted to also make a poll to see if anyone else agrees with this, because I want to know if anyone else has these bad games or if I just have crap luck.
