Tandem Mode? For all?

Why will the Tandem Mode (watch the All-Star-Post) only be available for the players who take part of the All-Star-Event? Is there a chance that this and also the other gamemodes are available for the whole community and not only for a hand of players? Just to imagine how funny it would be to play with a friend or another person one champ together :D Plssss let the whole community play :)

This wouldn't work because of latency. If you want to do it with a friend, you can, just sit right next to each other. There's nothing stopping you.
