I got a suspension from League almost 2 weeks ago for talking shit and harassing a player and I do deserve the ban but next time I have to hold it in because a 2 week ban is so long when you want to play so badly... JESUS JUST TWO MORE DAYS BEFORE I CAN PLAY AGAIN.

Keep your chat focused on teamwork or friendly banter.
What I mean by teamwork for chat is: enemy summoners down, enemy warding habits, and objective (eg: tower, dragon, etc) calls.
If you do feel the need to vent frustration. Say it out loud. You won't ever run the risk of getting punished for what you say IRL.
