Huge Summoner Icon Changes

Hello Riot and community, I would like to present an idea concerning summoner icons and their appearances. There is a wide variety of summoner icons in the game. However, countless amounts of people have the exact same icons. It gets bland after a while and releasing new icons is only a temporary relief from the boredom of having the same icons as everyone else.

Here is where it gets interesting. What if we could insert any image that we liked and uploaded it so the image can become our summoner icon? Using the same method as Steam, we can create our unique profiles/images.

What if people post obscene images? If Riot can allow us the privilege to upload images for our summoner icons, they can easily take it away. The punishment for uploading these images will result in permanent loss of privilege regarding changing your summoner icon to an uploaded image.

How can this benefit Riot? Uploading an image for an icon will cost RP (880 - 975) or IP(4800 - 6300). Me being a lazy person, would purchase RP to change my icon because getting IP can be a hassle at times.

You can create 2 sections dedicated to the summoner icons. One section contains the default and the icons that you have already purchased. The other section is dedicated to changing your icon to an uploaded image.
