Yep Riot's new report system is flawed as fuck

Guy who started flaming me is playing the game yet im the one banned.

UPDATE: I just read my reform card or whatever this shit is called. According to the card this guy was suppose to receive disciplinary action along with me. the guy im talking about is the one in red.

the guy clearly was already chat restricted because all match it was nothing but insults geared towards me and he couldn't use all chat. It wasn't until after game he asked the enemy team to report me because he couldn't do it in game.
