Spam Messages

Not sure if its just me or if other people are getting random adds from lvl 1 accounts talking about elo boosting... it is getting really old and irritating yeah I know I can not add the people before I look at them but sometimes some old friends add me that are just getting into league and everything. I really wish there was a way we could stop it from happaning by reporting an account that is doing that and sending the messages so that Riot can stop having this happen becuase Elo boosting is against the rules. I was just wondering what other people are feeling the same way or if its just me?
