Are you serious Riot? Do you even read chatlogs?

I know I can be hotheaded at times, which resulted in my chat being limited. However, I am being punished for no reason at all. Does Riot even read the chat logs in game? I can honestly say I was not being offensive to anyone at all, in the recent where I had my chat limited. For some apparent reason, I went from 5 to 35 games of chat limitation for no legitimate reason. I can guarantee you that I was not the toxic one of the recent games. It angers me because the fact that I do nothing wrong and get punished for it is just stupid. Do you think I would actually spend the limited opportunities to chat in the chat box to be toxic? The fact that I was punished for no apparent reason has left me dumbfounded. Apparently I got reported for offensive language, which confuses me because I have not used any offensive language within my recent games. Until Riot has given me a legitimate reason of why I got this apparent punishment, I stand by angered and dumbfounded of this judgement. I mean there were times where I agree I should of been punished, but seriously I did not do ANYTHING within the recent games. Riot please give me an answer.
