Trolls have too much power in this game.

I've been playing this game for almost two years now. I've noticed that there are a billion ways in which a player can screw his own team over, yet the only means a player has to defend themselves against this sort of behavior is to send a report and hope he gets dealt with. Worse yet, when a player flames one of these trolls, or goes afk, he/she has a much higher chance of being banned than the troll himself. As a player you're forced to endure it because if you go afk or flame the troll you get punished.

The message sent to us is basically: afking or flaming because of a troll is worse than trolling. Dunkey is a good example of this. Besides the point of him deserving the ban or not, that malphite who fed lanes deserved to be banned way more than Dunkey did.

There are no tools for players to counter such behavior. Even MAPLESTORY, one of the most poorly handled game I've ever played, had GMs walking around to look for cheater or hackers. Riot should IMO implement a sort of open ticket system, where if a player is flagged in game by the majority of his own team, a GM spectates the game to see what went on. Maybe that wouldn't be feasible with as many games as league ha going on at once but SOMETHING should be done, if only to let players feel like they can act against Trolls.

Rant over.
