Streamer nearing the end of my Silver 5 - Diamond 5 stream. Currently plat 5 can I make it?

Hey guys, I'm a streamer who's currently doing a silver 5 - "was plat 5" but now diamond 5 stream if I can make it :) Stop by and watch, I main jungle. I will talk about the game and answer any questions you may have. I plan on hitting Master's next season, MAYBE even challenger. I have high goals for myself!
