"Rent a skin"

So, me and my friends were discussing how it sucks to be the last person on your team without a skin, but we came up with a great idea. What if you could rent skins (per game) for a set amount of IP. This could be anywhere between 100 IP for cheaper skins to up to 500 IP for the larger skins. This could give players a way to test out skins before buying them, and could give players who are sitting on hundreds of thousands of IP a new way to spend them.
