i got like 5 month waiting for the harrowing and trying to get haunted nocturne or headless hecarim , item 3070 someone know if they going to put the skins in the first week of November or they just going to release 3 skins without putting the last year skins ? Hecarim Nocturne item 3070

They are on the PBE, and the PBE login screen features the skins

There WERE on PBE. There are out and in the client buy you just cant buy them in the store. Also, what I am really concerned about is the lack of Legacy skins.
