Not Getting Summoner Icon for Hexakill Wins

So I've played my fair share of the new Hexakill and won quite a few of them to win the Hexakill wins summoner icon for winning three of them. Am i overlooking something an should be getting this down the road or what? I know its silly but its something I aim for when I'm doing these little special events for the holidays. Please and thank you for any insight on this.
