Is there a way to move IP from your main account to a smurf?

I have all runes on my account that it will let me purchase + all champions and a stock pile of 30k+ IP. Is there a way to transfer some or all of this to a smurf account?

I don't believe there is. Unless you maybe went to Riot Support and asked them if they could transfer your IP from your main account to you side account. But I highly doubt that it would actually happen.

Hell no, that would immediately create IP trading and we'd have even more issues from botters.

I just thought since now they can track which accounts are attacked to the same facebook page there was a chance for it. And not you could avoid IP trading from friends by forcing only accounts attacked to FB could do it or so forth.
