Season 5 League/MMR Reset?

Hello, I was just wondering if there is going to be a soft/hard League/MMR Reset after Season 4 ends.

Not 100% sure if I'd like it **hard **or soft

Will most likely be soft as it always is, but that won't occur till sometime in 2015

I think hard because of the whole new jungle changes.
