Leave buster & Low priority queue

It is fair to punish those who have left on going matches, but the fashion in the way it's organized is lazy. I spent hours getting rid of my leave busters sometimes I patiently wait the time myself. Sometimes friends sit throughout the wait with me. Every so often i end up having to wait several times restarting queue because the timer gets reset due to a bug or internet issues. I'm not asking for an unnecessary rework on the matter but some maintenance work. There times where I agree to the way riot punishes behavior on league of legends times where it is very unnecessary. I dont have the best pc but i know when my client f**ks up. If I could get any feedback on the matter I would appreciate it thank you.
