Getting out of bronze
It seems like when I'm about to get into promos I get stuck with a team that just didn't care about winning and/or plays the blame game. Advice on getting out of bronze?

You'll see that at every tier due to riots MMR and winrate balancing.
In most situations if you've just hit promos, you likely just did it off of a winning streak. Your MMR will be noticeably higher depending on your games prior to the streak. If your winrate exceeds 50% or your MMR is too high, riot will handicap your teams by placing you against better players while having players of lesser ranks (fresh level 30's), potentially already tilted and/or players on losing streaks onto your team.
There is really only 1 solution, grind grind grind. You could try to solo carry as an ADC however it receives the most attention from everyone on the map which could result in you becoming tilted, dying then tilting your team (doesn't take much). And you're relying on the support who could be 1 or more of the categories mentioned above. Eventually you'll get 2 free wins to silver and you'll merely need to win one game (still easier said than done).
Don't feel concerned if it takes you many tries to get out. It took me well over 20 promo series' to escape bronze as I compulsively played utility tanks (no carry potential, all on my team mates to carry me). If they're feeding or trolling, don't give up on the game, just use it to practice in a very hard situation (farming, positioning, warding, not getting caught, shot calling, ect)

buy a champ that can 1 v 9 and be good with them. EZ as that. jk i have no idea since my team never carries me as a support main
