New Team Builder Replacement Is Bad for everyone

So in this New game mode it you will select your roles and then go in and pick champs. I believe that this is bad because it will replace a game mode with a game mode that is nothing alike. In this new game mode you can ban champs and you don't get to play the champion you want to. In team builder you can do whatever you want and that is the joy that is team builder. Team builder allows you to choose your champion and allows you to pick your role before going in a match. Lets say your trying to play kalista and you cant because she gets banned or someone is a higher pick then you. This ruins what team builder is all about. This whole concept of a new champ select is great but i don't believe that it should replace team builder. Their are only two things that team builder needs to be a perfect game mode. These two thing consist of allowing you to kick people who you have invite and allowing you promote someone to leader. These two things are not possible as of today January 8th 2016. So if anyone sees this discussion spread it around and let riot now not to delete the game mode that we all love the most.
