Whay make a support ticket when clealy if this guy has 2 accounts that got perma banned...he is clearly someone you don't want in this game.

My main account got perma'd in 2012 too. Kind of tempting to see if I can log into the forums.

Wish I had that account back too because I had spent soo much RP on skins and champs and runes and rune pages. A damn shame.
