Im not here to whine, before someone jumps on here and starts calling me things or taking this as a post to get sympathy. Im here to simply ask Riot employees, or just get general feedback on the subject. Feel free to go take a look at my match history and look at the scores of the players and myself on the team. I was playing Ezreal.

But, basically, what i wanted to post and discuss, is bringin back loss prevention, or atleast something that allows players who are involved in some form or manner of an afk teammate or intentional feeder to not get stuck losing LP or getting demoted or even having to sit there and ponder and get angry about the fact that they just lost lp for something that was completely and totally out of their control.

Before anyone gets on here and replies with something along the lines of "play better", or "you should be good enought o carry it", just know, ur comment will be dually noted.

I really don't get it how can this game be 5 years old, have millions of players - and still no way of preventing the game from starting if someone does not connect. As much as I prefer LoL to DotA because of its gameplay, I have to say that DotA has done things that are not directly tied into the game itself (game never starts if someone DC's, various benefits to the team with a leaver so they can fight back, ban system, etc) infinitely better than LoL.

I always feel so bad for enemy teams when this happens. I believe there should definitely be a loss prevented if a player never connects, but not if a player leaves ( since the system would most certainly be abused)
