RECENT NERF TO RELIC SHIELD

When Pre-Season came out Relic Shield was my favourite item. It had everything I wanted for a Support item. But it was almost useless on melee supports. Now? It's only usable on melee supports. Riot please change it from only melee basic attacks execute to 200 range or lower basic attacks execute. Or change relic shield back to its original state and make it so ONLY ONE PERSON CAN BUY IT. It would fix the problem of ADC and support both buying the item and snowballing like we saw at the beginning of Pre-Season. Also the fact this came out of nowhere really screwed over a lot of people. Thanks for reading hope you all agree.
