Inactive name protection

Doesn't the inactive protection seem excessive? You get 6 months of protection upon summoner name protection (which is debatably fair?). However, you also get an extra month for every level above 6. Levels 1-6: 6 months of inactivity immunity Level 12: 1 year of immunity Level 20: 1 year, 8 months of immunity Level 30: 2 years, 6 months of immunity It almost seems like it's fat chance to get a name from an inactive account (unless they have some random name and didn't reach level 30). I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that wants to get a name but it's taken by an inactive account.
