Is this strong enough to run league?

So i'm looking for a pretty cheap computer (and i mean dirt cheap) and i found this computer ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883283096 ) and i was wondering if this is strong enough to run league at 60 fps?

i dont know if that gpu would be good but i have a cpu worse than that and i get 40 fps average in game so you should be fine.
