What do you buy with 100k IP?

Buy as many runes as you can until you hit the rune cap.

Change your name a couple times.

Buy every champ if you don't have them already. Buy 9 of every rune and 3 of every quint. Buy anything possible that costs IP the moment they come out. If you've done this already, I don't know what else to say but buying every champ new when they're still 7k ip. :/

What happen if you've done all that and also changed your summoner name 19 times but still have over 100,000 ip left? lol

Maybe Riot should start selling skins with IP, but really high IP, like 975 rp skins = 9750, 1350 = 13500, etc. Is this a good or bad idea
