A simple change to make smart cast easier

Smart case is quite useful in game, however it brought another problem: it can be very difficult to predict the range of your ability.

My thought: when you hold the key, the indicator will show the range of your ability. For example, you are using Morgana and you set your Q to smart cast. After you press your q and hold it, it will show the range and width of your Q, and it will still show when you are moving and moving your cursor.

The whole concept is inspired by Hero of the Storms, the smart cast is much easier, I think it a good idea to have it in LOL.
