Temporary game modes?

I have been playing league for a while now and everyone always seems to complain about how they miss "URF" and "One For All" modes respectively. I have always wondered why rito chooses to make their new game modes temporary instead of permanent, which is the source from all of these complaints. I think that if rito were to implement the ability for the players to make their "costum" games more costum by adding an "URF", "Hexakill", and "One For All" capability to the game type, everyone might be a little bit happier.

Thoughts?

Honestly, all of them should be in Custom, with the disclaimer that it won't be maintained unless it's a featured game mode.

The current "Custom" game mode doesn't have much by way of customization. You can choose the map and the bot AI level, start the game with fewer people or all 10, and that's it. It should have options for non-featured game modes, and the options to customize starting gold, starting level, and override the CDR limit by default. This would make it extremely useful for players wanting to practice, as well as players wanting a break from the normal games. Right now the only real break is if people troll, which ruins the game for everyone else.

I've heard a lot about URF but never played it. I enjoyed Hexakill a lot...it was like ARAM but with a small jungle..super fun! I think the reasoning behind this was less people would be playing Rift? That's what I got from it anyways. But I would be happy if Hexakill was permanent.
