Queue Timer Revamp: Pros and Cons

So, it seems that there is a lot of hub ub bub about a revamped Queue Timer update. From what i can tell it is going to allow players who want to play a specific role to choose the role before they get into a game, and the queue will match people together based on the roles that were chosen by the players.

Pros:

Less trolls: People wouldnt do the, "ADC or feed!" bullcrap that they do. At least, not as often.

Confidence: Lets say, someone is complete "insert synonym of feces here" at being adc, well now they can choose a role they are good at and not have to worry about being forced to do something they dont want to, Like, drugs, or satisfying the urges of your drunk uncle that one thanksgiving.

Practice: "HURR DUUR I ONLY WANT TO TOP. HURR DURR." Well, now you can choose TOP as much as you like, for as many games as you like. Just, try not to eat your keyboard.

Cons:

Paradoxes: What would end up happening is there would have to be a structured queue for Summoner's Rift. By this, i mean for every game there would need to be a Top, Mid, ADC, Jung, and Support. Now after the team has been put together, im sure they could decide to switch roles however they like, but i doubt that would happen often, given the fact that they choose their desired role before hand. Now, you are probably thinking, "But Jocosus, isnt the ADC/TOP/MID/JUNG/SUPP structure how the composition is supposed to be?" Well, typically that IS what happens, but some times people like to Dual ADC bot, which can be viable in some games. Or some people decide that dueling top like in the LoL Beta days isnt such a bad idea at times. But they would rarely ever play a game where a duel top happens. These kind of small little not-that-important details are what will cause a black hole in the internet that will give everyone cancer.

Long Queue times: Queue times will be significantly longer because everyone wants to adc or mid, but a much smaller number of people would want to be a support role. This would cause the support people to be worth their weight in gold, and they will be trafficked around the planet to suit clans and teams, making the casual player bored because they cant get into a game so they go on a rage-induced killing spree. I blame Obama.

All in all, i think it is worth a shot to do the Queue Revamp. Maybe, just for draft games. Because that makes the most sense. Blind games can be the casual gamer's idgaf what i am type of deal.
