Insane lag since the last patch?

Hello everyone since the last patch (4.20) my fps has dropped DRAMATICALLY. When I used to play League before I would get around 300 fps but now I lag in bot lane? Has anyone encountered this problem and if so what's the fix? I can't enjoy my favorite game anymore.

Same here, happens around 20 minues in, sudden fps drop. and since im at 25 at the best of times, I get down to like 2 or 3.

Thought it was my PC overheating and needing cleanup, now I wonder.
