Ranked Queue Dodge: A Compromise

Everyone has been there. You're in series to move up a rank, you're on a winning streak, and you're excited to earn your next win. You hop in queue and to you dismay you have two teammates who are ALREADY bickering. JUST yesterday I was in a ranked queue where these two players were fighting over their last game, and the one had set his mind on feeding all game in spite ----- ALL BEFORE THE GAME EVEN STARTED.

My point is, sometimes you KNOW in queue that its going to be a bad, toxic experience. On these occasions dodging seems like the BEST option, except for one huge problem... You'll be punished. You don't want to lose LP or be put on a wait for dodging a game, but if you play the game you KNOW your toxic teammates are going to make the next 30-50 minutes hell...

RIOT!!! Why not implement a majority-rules dodge feature?! One person can suggest a dodge, and if 2 more people agree everyone just goes back to searching for teammates. This would save players from so much unnecessary exposure to toxicity, as well as preventing unfair punishments for leaving a queue when in reality this dodge is necessary.

TL;DR --> 1 or 2 players are toxic --> 3 people can agree to dodge queue --> Nobody is punished for agreeing to dodge --> Everyone Happy

THOUGHTS?!

I see this as a good idea, and on that note change the way to surrender to majority too. It is kinda stupid in my eyes that if 3/5 people say yes it is declined since 2 said no. Last I checked, 60% is bigger than 40%, so why does the 40% have stronger votes?

Back on topic, that should be done since while Riot tries to say they don't want games being determined at Champ Select, it is entirely true that games are indeed won or lost at champ select. In this senario you have people already arguing, there is literally no reason to even bother going into the match. Riot needs to stop fearing what trolls can do with the system and do what will help the majority of people. If something that can possibly be slightly abused but at the same time helps a majority of the players can be done? Do it and just ban the people that abuse it.

Waaaaaay to easy to abuse as presented. For example, if your mid gets counterpicked, they may call a dodge vote to avoid a bad matchup. Then if they think you and your teammates will not vote to dodge, they may type toxic things or threaten to feed so that they will get their way. This is an instance where someone is encouraged to be toxic. I'm not 100% opposed to the idea, but abuse cases will have to be considered as well.
