Possible solution for support gold income?

So what if the support got gold or partial gold alongside the adc when ever he got a last hit nearby like a certain radius and to obtain this you would need to spec 21 points into the utility tree so it can fit perfectly with the support role? This would solve some issues with supports being gold deficient throughout the game and keep up with their teammates or carry as long as they can help them farm properly

I had some idea for solving this, but they're not all fleshed out.

Talents

  • Move the pickpocket talent towards the begining of the tree so that you can get it earlier.

Items (Placeholder names)(about 680g) Basic charm builds from cloth armor and fairy charm. Then choose a rune for it. (20g)

  • Charm of Healing - Grants x gold per (level scaled) x-xx HP healed to another champion. (x sec cd)

  • Charm of Shielding - Grants x gold per (level scaled) damage prevented via shields. Self-cast or item shields do not count. (x sec cd)

  • Charm of Chaos Grants x gold when a crowd control condition is applied to an enemy. (x sec cd)

I like how people are trying to crank out ideas for support gold income just before they release the patch that is supposed to fix it. #S4PatchComing

Well, max gold should still be less than the ADC/APC/top laner.

The problem I could see with tying support gold to the ADC is that this already takes place with kills and assists. It could lead to a very fast snowball in bottom lane, as both the ADC and support start to fall behind in income. Well faster snowball. Pro is it would reward supports that keep their ADC in lane and farming. Con is sustain supports make for less excitement in the bottom lane. HMM Since I like playing sustain supports, this may not be the problem I thought it was.

So would we loose the gp10 runes or masteries? Not necessarily a problem, but things to consider.

Someone posted on the old forums about ideas for more non-support ward items. And changes to the masteries to make supports plug points in for much better wards, better range, longer duration, etc. So support vision becomes more powerful on a per unit basis, while wards are a little more accessible to all.
