People who surrender are noobs so why even allow the option?

I know for a fact that people who surrender are new players.

I know for a fact that people who quit no matter what the game or circumstances are noobs.

I know for a fact because I am the reason Riot ruined Fiora...

I am the greatest Fiora of all time and I am here to tell you that the surrender option should not exist.

It should not exist especially in ranked where the intention is to climb a ladder.
