Shes going to hate me if I keep poking at her for these types of things but you could also try poking at rioters on twitter like Baconhawk, Foro, Hitstreak etc or maybe some rioter I'm not familiar with will come by and help you get this win.

This is true, and like Zaylison said you can play with specific rioters if you get them to with "@RioterName". Anyways, up voting for ya. I hope you get your game in sometime.

Does it have to be exactly 1000 win? Because my summoner profile on the client says I'm at 1063 wins in Classic but other sites says that I have 918 wins in Normals 5vs5 (I'm thinking this one is the ''Elligible'' for the game with Rioters). Because if so, I fear that I lost my chance to play with a Rioter since I'm now at 1 063 wins overall in classic :(

And yeah, I'm pretty sure Rioters will gladly play with you if you ask them nicely!

I don't think it needs to be exactly 1000 wins to get a Rioter to play :). However, from my experience, most people ask to play with a Rioter for their 1000th win (from 999 wins). The only number that will decide if you get to play with a Rioter or not is the total wins for a specific map. You can have 999 wins on Twisted Treeline and / or Summoner's Rift. I believe the reason you're seeing 1063 is because that's the TOTAL wins across ALL maps. In anyway, I'm pretty sure as long as you're close to 1000 wins, seeking out a Rioter to play will be fine. Hope that helps. Enjoy your game :-)
