Can riot please make a way to report trolls/griefers in champ select so they dont take it hostage

I don't see a troll. I see a guy who didn't want to first pick and he saw top lane say "I main Urgot" so he grabbed Urgot.
There's obviously more to this story than you have posted. Besides, he wasn't breaking the summoners code.
