I don't know about you guys, but ever since Dynamic Queue, it's been hard to even get past Silver 4 because of all these 4 man pre-mades I've been getting paired up with.

Dynamic Queue isn't what's holding you back if you're still in Silver. If anything, Dynamic Queue is reducing the amount of idiots on your team that fail so spectacularly that you're bound to lose.

No, it just groups them together so you either get 4 idiots or 4 decent players.

1 solo idiot is enough to cost you a game, so 3 bonus idiots don't cost you anything more. 4 decent players, however, is something that was extremely rare before.

While 1 can cost you the game, if the other players are steady they can work around it.

With 4 you are completely at their mercy. Completely.
