Best laptop for League

hi all!

recently my laptop (a Samsung NP-QX411 with an i5-240M processor) broke and i've been desperately looking for a replacement with league in mind. i just need a PC laptop that is lightweight and powerful enough to run league alongside regular college stuff that is preferably less than 1k.

i'm using a macbook air with i5 at the moment and it's awful - i cant even get the client download past 37%. some specific laptops i was looking at were the Asus Zenbook and Lenovo Yoga 3, please help me out!

Honestly, unless you can build your own laptop, it's gonna be pretty hard to find a good one that's not expensive.

I have an Alienware 13 (i5-4210U, nvidia 860m) and it cost $999. It's a decent weight and can play a LOT of games on generally medium settings, but I don't push it to high unless it's an older game because it's not built for that.

I'd check newegg for laptops, there's generally a lot of good stuff on there. That's really all the advice I can give you.
