Does anyone know how many days after the patch(meaning like "oh 3 days after the patch") that released project: 
. And what time they were released, If we can figure that out, we MIGHT be able to find out the date and time project:

So far i'm finding that project: , was released 3/4 days after the patch 5.17(the one where the project skins were released) was out. So that could mean 3/4 days until project skins.
Skins are usually released on a Tuesday or Thursday following the patch. Since today is Tuesday and the patch was released, it will most likely be Thursday when we see the skins.
