Has Riot fixed the interface issues yet?

I used to play league quite a bit but haven't played almost a year now. I upgraded my computer and now use a higher than 1080p resolution monitor. I had issues with interface being way to small and it impacted my gameplay and playing on lower than native resolution just isn't an option for me. I was wondering if they fixed those interface issues or if Riot has announced any plans on fixing these issues.
